Black and White is popular this week. We just glossed up this 100 piece floor for 9/27. The full liner is looking fancy as well. Kind of reminds us of this look we invented a few years back at Blackberry Farm.

Black and White with 18ft Pipe and Drape

Clients sometimes ask us if we can put a tent in a gym.  We can, but we don’t like to.

With a few Enormous Drum Shades, a little fabric in the ceiling, and some amazing 18ft pipe and drape, a gym can work well for a big event.

We put a fresh coat of wax on this 80 piece floor, ran the lighting (no you can’t use the existing lighting), installed the pipe and drape, and had the party ready to go in no time.

Nice and Shiny

Getting our new black and white floor all set for the 2011 SPCA Critter Ball.

Civil War Museum in Richmond.

The event space at the Civil War Museum is an excellent spot for a big frame tent. This black and white themed party is going to rock-out down on the banks of the James River.

Colts Neck, NJ

We just got back from a week working with our friends from Sperry Tents NJ.  The annual JDFR in New Jersey needed a long entrance tent and lots of floor for their annual fundraising gala.

 

We helped with a few tractor trailer loads of special event floor and lots of carpet.

Pinspots on the table centerpieces and glass chandeliers transformed the riding facility into a perfect event location.

The evening was a huge success; a beautiful night, excellent food, and a great cause.

Lynchburg VA

For nice tented events down 29 South we pack up a few trucks and head to Lynchburg. Photos from a beautiful wedding last fall.
