The UVA Alumni Association has a great patio at their main event space, Alumni Hall.
We have a special tent made to fit exactly on the slate patio. Sometimes we put up a clear tent but this party was more interested in the shade. What an amazing venue!
UVA really turns up the style for their alumni. This year they decided to put a tent over “Calder's 12-foot-tall Tripes, a Phantasmagorical Tree"
We didn't want to scratch “Tripes” so we covered it in moving blankets.

UVA’s Alumni Hall is a popular place for members of the UVA community to host weddings, parties, and to celebrate big football wins.
We often tent the patio outside the ballroom to expand the available space for larger groups.
Using kedar sidewall prevents the annoying wall flapping and keeps the tent warm by sealing all the gaps.
We use small connector tents to seamlessly attach the tent to the ballroom. This lets the guests mingle in both areas with ease.
Using a clear tent makes the space seem wide open. The party was a big success.
